Rolling File Sink for EntLib

Hisham Baz (Avanade) has been working with the pre-release of EntLib for quite some time.  He has created a Rolling File Sink and posted it to his blog.  He has also found and fixed (in his version) a few issues the flat file sink that ships with EntLib had.  Note that in the comments of his post he points out some issues his sink has as well, but still, a Rolling File Sink is a good thing to have.
