New Certification unveiled at TechEd
Microsoft is going to have an Architect Certification (Microsoft Certified Architect Program). This is not just a series of tests you go take, but may include papers that you have to write, presentations you have to give and a peer review board. They are saying that the level of effort and expertise you have to have to obtain this certification would be on par with the Cisco CCIE. I think this level of certification has been missing and this will be a welcome addition.
Speaking of certification, I only one test to take to complete my MCSD.Net. Of course, by the time I get around to that it will be time to have new tests for Framework 2.0 versions. sigh Never ending.
