Code Camp presentation Official

Well, it’s official:   I’ll be giving a talk on Windows Workflow Foundation at the Dayton/Cincinnati Users Group [Code Camp]( “Code camp info on Dayton UG site.”) in January.  The event is free and there are a lot more talks than just mine.  Take a peek at the [schedule]( “Code Camp Schedule on Dayton UG site.”) and get [registered]( “Event Registration via Microsoft.”).  I’d be flattered if you attended my talk, but there are several tracks to choose from.  If you aren’t interested in WWF then perhaps something else in the same time slot will grab you.

Here’s the abstract for my talk:

Windows Workflow Framework Go with the Flow In September of 2005, at the Professional Developer’s Conference (PDC), Microsoft introduced Windows Workflow Foundation (WWF) as part of the WinFx set of technologies. The WWF supplies a workflow engine, developer SDK, and distributable components to allow developers to develop business and process oriented applications that can be dynamically updated and changed as the business rules do. The WWF can be used to write applications that handle business processes like expense report approval, or be used within an application to handle navigation. This presentation will be a first look at the capabilities of the WWF and the tools it provides. (Based on the Beta of WWF). "

Don’t forget that MS is putting out the money to supply breakfast and lunch.  So, if anything, you’ll walk away with something to eat.  Hope to see you there!

Now I just have to actually put the presentation together…..
