CINNUG Presentation completed!

I gave my WWF presentation last night to the CINNUG crowd.  I think I had more people at the user’s group meeting than I did for the Code Camp!  I got a lot of good questions during the presentation.  Thank you for those that attended.  Again, if you are interested you can download my presentation materials (including resources, code and slide deck).  This slide deck has been updated from the code camp for a few of the changes in Beta 2 of WWF.

Some resources for you:

WWF Community Site
Book: Presenting Windows Workflow Foundation (Based on Beta 1)
MSDN WWF Developer Center
MSDN WWF forums Site

To get started with WWF you can download and install the following on a machine with .Net 2.0 installed:

Jan. WinFx Runtime Components
WWF Extensions for VS.Net 2005 Beta 2 (If you have VS.Net 2005 this provides the project templates and IDE designer)

If you are installing just WWF then the above two downloads are all you need.  If you want to do WCF and WPF work as well then you’ll have to download the Windows SDK Beta (like 1 GB of stuff).  This is unnecessary if you just want to deal with WWF though.

And, finally, I highly suggest getting the hands on labs.  These are an excellent way to get started and see the capabilities of the WWF framework.
