New WinFx CTP has the same Workflow bits as Jan.

I noticed this on another blog (can’t find the reference again), but if you are working with WF and you noticed that the Feb. CTP for WinFx came out don’t worry about rushing out to grab it. It has the same WF build in it as the Jan. CTP did.
