Tom Bihn supports Day of .NET!

I’m a big Tom Bihn fan. Their bags are very high quality and well thought out. I own one of their Brain Bags, a Freudian Slip and a Snake Charmer which I reviewed in a past blog post. On a whim I contacted them to see if they would be interested in sponsoring the Central Ohio Day of .NET since they make great laptop bags and our attendees are people who, strangely enough, use laptops on a regular basis.

DevCares Talk

Last Friday I gave the DevCares talk for Cincinnati. It was a long presentation (about four hours) but I think it went fairly well. I ran out of time and was unable to complete the last two demos on office business applications (and one of the ones I did get to didn’t work despite the fact that it had never failed up to that point). Even though I had practiced the talk a few times at home I still ran over, which was a shame.

Quiet before the storm....

or at least before the four presentation. I’m giving the DevCares presentation this quarter in Cincinnati today. Looks like we have about 40 people signed up. Today I’m talking about web application security and some office development.
