ScheduleOnce – Tool for Meeting Time Collaboration

Joe Fiorini had tweeted about looking for tools that could help a group of people find a date and time that worked for everyone.  I came across this site while looking for such a tool.

ScheduleOnce: http://www.scheduleonce.com/

There are two ways this site can help you out:

  1. You can add all the attendee’s timezones and find out the best time to meet.  The organizer selects the meeting time.  Useful for organizers who want to know the best time on a given day to meet with their global team/family/etc.

  2. You can set up a timeframe the meeting must occur in, offer some meeting time ideas and then send out a notice to the attendees.  The Attendees can then either indicate which times they can meet or suggest new times.  The organizer can then choose from the ones everyone selected or at least knows when they can schedule a meeting to get most people.

It’s marked “beta” and is currently free.  It also says it works without any registration.

I’ll add this under “Useful tool”.  It will be interesting to see how long it remains free.
