Just this week I started to notice an I’M icon on people’s names in my MSN messenger. First Drew Robbins, then someone else. When I asked someone what it was they pointed me to http://im.live.com/Messenger/IM/Home/. This is a project where each time a converstation is started by you (and you have this special text in your display name) then some money is dontated to a charitable cause. Based on what text you put in your display name changes what causes the money goes to.
" 4000 Days: My Life and Survival in a Bangkok Prison " is a autobiography of Warren Fellows, an Australian drug smuggler who was caught in 1970s in Thailand and sentenced to life in prison. It would appear that the book was also published under the title “ The Damage Done: Twelve Years of Hell in a Bangkok Prison ”.
This is a pretty eye opening story to the horrors and reality of the penal system in other countries.
So this is what happens when you loose packages you ship: they end up being delivered to the incorrect location. Some times I’ll bet people really think this is great if they open up an Xbox 360 meant for someone else, or shiny new notebook. But human body parts? Nice.
