Well, it’s now 2006. Happy freak’n New Year. I don’t have any New Year’s Resolutions. I had one back in 96, which was to stop making new year’s resolutions. It seems to have been the only one I’ve ever kept up with, and was actually quite painless to do. :)
I do hope to be posting more soon, once my presentation is ready. Of course, I’ve also just bought an Xbox 360 and it also has to wait until my presentation is ready.
If you haven’t noticed my posts have slowed a bit. Being part of the Office Beta has taken up the time I ususally spent putting blog entries together. Well, that and then there is the new munchkin at home AND trying to put together a presentation for next month’s Code Camp on WWF. The good news is I should have several good posts about the new Office 12 once it comes out.
The client I’m at uses WebSense Enterprise for internet content filtering. Usually this doens’t impact me at all, but today I got the following blocked content message while attempting to go to www.microsoft.com/downloads: (sorry, for some reason my stylesheet isn’t allowing the image to show up here….scroll to the bottom of the page if you are viewing via web) Now, I’m wondering if this translates to they think Micorosoft is smoking something?
