I use IE for all my browsing. I tried FireFox for a while and decided I just didn’t care for it, or didn’t see that much difference in the overall experience than IE gave me (and before everyone starts screaming “security”, “extensibility”, “personalization”, I say I’ve never been affected by a security issue with IE, don’t care that much about extensions, and couldn’t care less about the fact they I don’t have some personalized color scheme on my browser).

Just this week I started to notice an I’M icon on people’s names in my MSN messenger. First Drew Robbins, then someone else. When I asked someone what it was they pointed me to http://im.live.com/Messenger/IM/Home/. This is a project where each time a converstation is started by you (and you have this special text in your display name) then some money is dontated to a charitable cause. Based on what text you put in your display name changes what causes the money goes to.
