Cincinnati Nerd Dinner on this Wednesday. I have plans to be there for a little while before heading home for my shift with the munchkin.

I need to update the site to Community Server 1.1 since they released it on the 16th. I’ve been pretty busy the last week or so with family matters (my first child was born!) and so geek stuff has taken a back seat for a bit. Here’s Telligent’s announcement and links to the downloads if you’re interested. Anyone have any comments on the 1.1 release?

Well, I’m registered for PDC 2005! I’ve never been to a conference like this before that was developer related. This should be a blast! I’ve signed up for the pre-conference session “Framework Design Guidelines: The Art of Building a Resuable Class Library " presented by Brad Abrams and Krzysztof Cwalina_. _ I subscribe to Brad’s blog and look forward to the session. Being a middle-tier and front end guy myself I think this session may provide a lot of good information.
